December is almost gone.

These are stitched for a Senior's group that makes quilts for Senior's only. I can't believe that it is almost January 2011!! I am ready though to start a new year, hoping for better health and an easier year.

Faith, Hope, Love

I stitched this square the beginning of Dec. This will be finished and used to raise money for a children's hospice home. My friend's daughter died in May and this piece is dedicated to her.
Forgot to mention: This pattern was designed by Vee and Co!! Vee does a wonderful job!

Novemeber already?

Hard to believe that it is November already. We have had a week full of 60 degree's plus and it is wonderful! I haven't had much time to stitch though. Working on a special project right now and won't post a picture until it is completed and finished!!

Just starting

I am just starting a new square for the Preemies Stitch A Long. Will post pictures in a couple of days.

Quick Finish

This square will be made into a Preemie quilt for a hospital in Canada. I am planning to stitch another one of these for Love Quilts Brazil.

I really enjoyed stitching these Peonies in Memory of Maryah! Can't wait to see the quilt now!

Next Stitching Project

I just started stitching Peonies yesterday. This square is going to be made into a quilt that will be donated to the American Cancer Society. I am happy to stitch this one, as it will be signed with Maryah's name. Maryah lost her battle to Ewing's Sarcoma on May 15, 2010. She is the daughter of my friend Rachel. Watch for my updates soon to follow on this one.

I really enjoyed stitching this one. Usually I don't like flowers. I used the DMC variations threads for the flowers and Dragonfly.

Finished Time For God. This picture is not very good, I stitched it on Polar Ice Blue. A very fast stitch!

Giraffes Done

Giraffes were done last week. I will never stitch a Giraffe again with all the color changes!!

Just started working on the Giraffes for LQ. I don't think that I will ever stitch Giraffes again. Too many color changes!! Then I will move on to something more fun to stitch.

This pattern is from Vermillion. I like the finished project, but the color changes are a bit much sometimes.

September School Bear

Now onto the Sept. School Bear for LQ. It is a Vermillion pattern, which means it will be many colors!!

I finished up my final square for the quilt. Can't wait to see the finished quilt now!!
